We process your orders within 3 business days. Rest assured, we will message you for double confirmation of your orders to avoid scams and fraudulent transactions. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Due to pandemic COVID-19 situation, please understand that all international shipments will experience delays. The arrival of your orders will be estimated from 3 weeks to 1.5 months depending on the location. 

CUSTOM DECLARATION:

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Note that for items delivered outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and custom duties when applicable in your country. For more information about these costs, please contact the tax and customs authorities in your country.

DO YOU PROVIDE ORDER TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking number is provided depending on the courier we use. There might be situation that tracking number is not provided due to location. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

We charge flat rate shipping costs of USD 8.00 for orders below USD 49.00. However, you can avail free shipping when you order USD 49.00 or above.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES/RETURNS?

  • We do not allow exchanges/refunds due to a last minute change of mind.
  • Products not received in their original condition.
  • Product is returned damaged/faulty.
  • Shipping return costs are to be paid by the BUYER. We will instruct you the returning address.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
